Rossi Project Management (RPM) has its foundations in more than four decades of hands-on experience within the aviation industry, particularly air cargo operations, engineering and ground handling.
Our background includes major cargo facility developments and specialist equipment installations at London Heathrow and Gatwick, alongside international assignments in Singapore, Kenya and South Africa. This experience has provided a detailed understanding of the operational demands, technical challenges and commercial pressures faced by businesses working in complex environments.
Over the years, that expertise has extended beyond aviation into commercial refurbishment, industrial facilities and film and television production environments. From established operational systems to innovative engineering concepts, RPM brings the same practical, problem-solving approach to every assignment.
Today, RPM combines that extensive industry knowledge with the flexibility of an independent consultancy, providing clients with experienced, commercially minded support tailored to their individual requirements.

Alexander McRoberts brings a wealth of practical engineering, operational and commercial experience to Rossi Project Management. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions, managed complex projects and developed successful business relationships with major organisations in the UK and internationally.
His particular strength lies in identifying opportunities, understanding operational challenges and developing practical, commercially viable solutions. Combining technical knowledge with an entrepreneurial approach, Alexander has been involved in everything from specialist engineering developments and operational improvements to business growth and major commercial projects.
As Senior Managing Partner, Alexander remains personally involved in RPM's activities, providing clients with direct access to experienced leadership, sound commercial judgement and a hands-on approach to delivering results.
